The boys doing the removals were ok, no probs there.
Trouble is the management is very difficult to deal with. Initially had no time and couldn't be bothered actually making the booking. Then refused to provide specific invoices, and charged late fees for even a day overdue on each two weekly invoice for storage, ignoring off a request to negotiate the over the top late fees for just a few days overdue. Wouldn't trust dealing with this character again, the service is fairly rude and condescending.
I'm not usually one to whinge, but felt this was necessary to mention.
So we are great removalists well thats pretty Fantastic
300 customers in our storage are happy we never hear from them and they never hear from us because they pay there account on time. It should be known it is only when you've been late several times we charge the 5 odd dollars late fee. The customer requires an invoice to make payment so as for not providing specific invoices ( what did you use to pay the account ?)
We will always be fantastic professional removalist but I guess we wont always get fantastic clients
Excellent guys and of course the two girls who packed us and moved you made it easy for me with our new son and it did feel hassle free. I have sent a letter to my company to advise the how pleased I was with the service.
