WORST BEAUTICIAN IN THE WORLD!! Outrageously bad customer service and interpersonal skills. Rude to the point of aggressive. Unhygienic as did not wear gloves during my Brazilian wax. Challenged me as to why I was unhappy with the service mid wax when I was totally exposed and vunerable. Challenged me again before I had a chance to put on my underwear. Had the cheek to attempt to charge me an extra -$10 for a few hairs on my inner thigh. Was totally disgusting in her attitude and approach. BUYER BEWARE!!!!
Awesome service, wonderful beautician! Had the best Brazilian by Alexandra. Previous Brazilian experiences left me very sore afterwards. So was pleasantly surprised that there was no soreness after my first appointment at Vanilla Beauty. The regrowth also took longer (yesssss!) Plus Alexandra really cares and gives good advice. Wish I found her sooner!
I discovered Alex about 6 months before moving to the UK in 2011/2012. I wish I had known about her before that then as I have never been happier than when Alex has worked her magic on me. If you value fantastic service, amazing skills and value for money then Alex is the lady for all your waxing needs! I would recommend that you at least give her a try as I don't think anyone would be disappointed. I'm so happy with her that when I come home to Perth for a visit, I contact Alex within a few days of arriving so I can get in 2 appointments before heading back to the UK where you don't get the service, skills or value for money! You would be hard up to find anyone that puts in the time and effort with every client and genuinely cares about her clients and the results.
OMG! Alexandra, the owner-operator of Vanilla, is wicked! I've been to many, many beauty therapists - and she is by far the most caring and innovative person I've ever had the pleasure to be waxed to within an inch of my life by! (and I mean that in the nicest possible way!) She actually tells me if something doesn't need to be done when I've booked it; for example, I asked for a full-leg wax and she told me I only needed an half-leg wax. That was a first for me!
