Vets @ Acacia Gardens provide an excellent veterinarian service. The staff are compassionate and professional. I took my vet phobic kelpie-cross, Mayla to Vets @ Acacia Gardens for the first time in December 2011 following a ruptured cruciate ligament. Mayla had not been to a vet in years secondary to her severe anxiety and being told by the last vet we visited that her fearfulness was so severe it was in her best interest to not take her to a vet unless she was "critically unwell or mortally injured". Mayla had been to numerous vets in her eleven years and all visits ended with overturned furniture and frazzled veterinary clinic staff. When Mayla started limping a friend suggested I take Mayla to Vets @ Acacia Gardens where she took her pets and raved about their service. I was nervous to say the least but from my first encounter (and Mayla's) I was reassured by the kindness and competence of Barbara Jameson and the entire staff at the clinic. Today this vet refused to treat an injured stray rabbit on the grounds THEY DON'T DO RABBITS. Didn't look at it and didn't care. ( I left the rabbit in the car as I didn't want to move it too much and went into the vets to see if they could help). A customer said I should take it to RSPCA Rouse Hill as she believed there was a vet there. The receptionist said Oh yeah take it there they have a vet there. NO, THEY DON'T! I know this because I drove all the way there with the injured rabbit. Luckily the assistant at the RSPCA saw the condition of the rabbit and took it advising me she would call the animal hospital to come and pick it up. I don't know why the receptionist at this vet clinic couldn't have done the same.
OUTSTANDING SERVICE. Caring wonderful staff who go above and beyond to ensure your pet is cared for. They are very knowledgeable and answered all my concerns.
We have taken our 2 dogs here for many years and our dogs love them.
One of our dogs needed intensive care, and the staff members were professional, caring, and ensured our dog was given all the attention it needed. Happy to say he made a full recovery and we are very very grateful. Highly Recommended for all pet owners.
This vet clinic today refused to take in an injured stray rabbit on the grounds THEY DON'T DO RABBITS. The receptionist didn't even care that it was injured. A customer told me to take it to RSPCA at rouse hill. The receptionist said oh yeah they have a vet there. NO THEY DON'T...But the assistant at the RSPCA saw the condition of the rabbit and took it advising me she would organise for the animal hospital to pick it up. Luckily the animal didn't die whilst I had to drive all the way there because this vet DOESN'T DO RABBITS.....
Yep we clearly saw your first comment, you don't need to copy and paste your same comment to anyone who puts a positive review. No one or company is perfect. Sure not a good call on the receptionists behalf but that doesn't discredit the work that these people do. So stop trolling the comments.
