Video Busters

Video Busters in Croydon are accusing me of returning a DVD late but I know it was returnd on time. They sent me an outstanding payment notice advising i owed them $36 in late fees. Contacted the store and was ignored. Took 2 months for the store to eventually respond and told me baically that i am wrong and they are right and there is nothing they can do to help me. They have also done this with other members i know who ended up paying due to scare tactics by the store who would continually increase the outstanding amount the longer it was left unpaid. I won't be bullied. The manager of the store Lana Robinson is stubborn and is willing to take me to court over a matter of $36 simply dismissing it as the customer can't possibly be telling the truth.

just like every other video store but has great prices and deals so worth going just for that reason
