I had a terrible experience as a tenant with vintage realty. Their actions bordered on infringing our peace, quiet and enjoyment. They held unachievable expectations of the property condition at inspection times, so much so that the shower could not be used after we cleaned it because they then deemed it "dirty". We were made to feel like criminals even though the home was always kept in a pristine condition. We felt like we could not live in the home we were renting if we were to live up to their expectations. I would not recommend vintage realty to any prospective tenants. Worst tenancy of my life due to unreasonable, unrealistic and downright rude property management.
It's a shame I'm not sure who this is as I would like to address the concerns that you had. Our standards are very high at Vintage Realty Rentals and that is why our Owners and 99% of our tenants have a wonderful experience with us.
We are sorry if you felt this way, but again there are always two sides to every story.
It's a shame that when these concerns were brought to your property managers attention when we were tenants, they were rude and unreceptive. Furthermore, when this was brought to the attention of a partner in the company, her response was "oh, I thought this was important..."
Tenant quality of life may not matter to Vintage Realty, but it most definitely should.
