DONT USE THIS COMPANY! wish I had read these reviews before using this company. Worst customer service ever! No return phone calls or emails and staff are extremely rude especially given that they are at fault. half my blinds were installed 4weeks ago (after waiting 9weeks for them arrive) - they are the wrong colour and on roller backwards. have now been waiting another 3weeks and just found out they AGAIN forget to order the 2nd lot. Not sure who owns/manages this place but I am now trying to get my money back which is mission impossible
Dreadful experience. Ordered an outdoor remote control awning. Delays with installation and then following installation we noted significant damage to the panelling of the 2 year old home it was installed onto. Multiple calls to the company and attempted internet contact with no return calls even though we owed them for half of the blind still. With winter coming (and with little faith in the company) we paid for our builder to remove the blind and make good the damage - for now. Unbelievably poor customer service all around and dreadful accounts management. Hard to imagine, with such poor management overall, how they stay financial. Think carefully about using this company.
Man who did quote was helpful. But blinds took 9weeks. Had to call a couple of times to see what was happening. Lady on phone was almost rude. range of colors now very poor. After sales service woeful.. Never call you back . Need to keep hassling them. Third time I've used them and definitely the worst experience. Probably try someone else next time.
