Extremely Disappointing, I canceled work just so I could be home for the Consultant to come and give me a quote, which they refused to give as it would seem to be too hard work to give a quote for both venician curtains and roller blinds. Wish I had of read these reviews before wasting my day.
This is the most terrible customer experinece I have had in 25 years. I ordred my blinds 3 months before i needed them and they sfuffed up my order and had to come back 3 times. No-one in this company wants to take responsibility and passes the buck. Al promises were broken and I would never do business with them again!!! Buyer beware!!!
Shocking customer service, shocking installation. Said 4-6wks for our order, I had to call them at 8wks to ask where they were and were installed that week, I basically did their work. They arrived missing one blind and found out it wasnt ordered. Went to install the drapes and they were way too short. We were bitterly disappointed and still waiting for them to call us back regarding this!!!!
The original consultant who came to our house was okay and measured the windows correctly, but she allowed us to choose a blind in one piece that was much too big. The result was that the rolling mechanism couldn't cope with the weight of the blind and stopped working properly after less than a year, so still within warranty.
The after-sales service at this place is atrocious. When I went to get this problem fixed, I was offered a used replacement for the rolling mechanism, which did not help. After I returned for more solutions, I was advised that such a large roller blind was usually fitted with a 'spring assist' mechanism to aid rolling such a heavy weight. If you want a hassle-free experience buying blinds, don't bother going to Vista Greensborough. They stuffed up some of the measurements, so one blind was not the right size. The shutters took months to be installed. They stuffed up the interest free finance by not charging the full amount to it, and then expected us to immediately pay up the amount they failed to charge on the finance plan - then hired lawyers to recover the amount when we didn't pay it straight away. My advise - go elsewhere!
