If I could rate them nothing I would! They ordered me some curtains I cancelled but because I signed before hand they are trying to tell me I didn't cancel it and bully me into buying them. They are a disgrace, I have never in my life dealed with people like this. And the worse thing is they have not apologised for the mistake, they have just tried to put all blame on me! I kind of feel sorry for them in a way, Must be pretty hard up for cash to do such a dodgy thing to a person. They have been rude every step of the way, shouldn't have ordered from them when the sales lady started snapping at me when I asked for quotes that should of been a red flag. Oh well learnt my lesson not to trust people.
Reading both of your comments has me wondering...did you pay them some sort of deposit at all? I know for a fact that this company and many others in the same industry will not process your order without a deposit and a signature. The signature is saying that you agree to their terms and conditions and that you are entering a legal contract with them...
If I have any advice for anyone thinking of getting blinds or any window furnishings is don't go here, trust me I am saving you money and time. The customer service is the worst I have ever encountered. Not only was the sales rep rude, also made a huge mistake and I am now stuck with the consequences. But the worst thing is that after numerous calls to management they are no help and forcing the blame on me. No wonder the staff are incompetent when they have management like that.
Terrible customer service. Very un-helpful, didn't have what we needed but didn't tell us over the phone, no they waited till we drove from north/east Adelaide to their show room, then told us their product won't suit our windows dimensions. Their answer "urrr try Spotlight?" Wouldn't waste my time with them, save your time & money for better products & service. Which we found both at other store = excellent service, price & product.
Terrible service. I waited for 5 months for my very expensive curtains to be installed. We received no return phone calls. Finally we had to make a firm phone call. Our curtains were installed which deserves 1 star, but with no drawstring. When we asked for a drawstring again no interest in helping us. I have told my family and friends to pass on the message that Vista Blinds do not deserve our business.
DO NOT use Vista Blinds!! They provided poor service and poor quality work. Vista provided blinds for our entire house, most of the blinds were erected poorly and screws sticking out of every blind! When called back they promised they would replace some of the blinds, never happened! We also asked for an extra blind, before we even confirmed the order, Vista took money out of our credit card without written consent. When questioned they emailed and swore that I had faxed them this signed document! We have tried to call and email them over a dozen times asking for an explanation - no one, not even their State Manager is getting back to us. Disgusting!!
