Tristan did three jobs at my property on Thursday. By Saturday afternoon I had received six emails and two text messages from Tristan telling me my payment was overdue.
I made payment on Sunday by cash in good faith only to find the dishwasher he connected is leaking water when it was used for the first time on Monday. I have emailed and messaged Tristan over the last week and Tristan is refusing to respond other than to confirm he will not be back to make the repairs. I have now contacted another plumber to fix and I have made a complaint with Fair Trading as Tristan is also refusing to give me a partial refund.
I am disappointed as I saw all the positive reviews online
