Viva le Spa

I went to Viva le spa about a year ago and had a pretty ordinary experience and decided to not go back. I received a brochure in the mail stating they were under new management and because they were so close to where I live I thought I would give them another go. I am so glad that I did. I got microderm and laser hair removal and was really pleased with the results. The new owners and staff are so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend them and hope that the previous reputation of the salon does not sway people from going back and trying it out again. Well done girls and I'll see you in 6 weeks!

This is by FAR the worst beautician I have even been to. I would not recommend this to anyone, even with a discount voucher. Poor organisation, poor customer service, inexperienced staff, poor management. Ladies, there are plenty of salons around. You better get your game up if you want to remain competitive. I give them NO stars if I could and would not like anyone to feel the way I felt when I left.

Expensive for what I got. I went for a hot stone massage and was very disappointed with the massage and the atmosphere. I may have just caught them on a bad day. If they were cheap it would be okay but the massage wasn't good and the staff giving the treatment ignored my requests.

My friend gave me her voucher cause she couldn't use it before it expired. So glad I didn't pay for this but even for free it was bad. I had a facial and neck massage and my hair kept getting caught in the staff's jewellery and it hurt.

Beautiful Day Spa hidden in beautiful Homebush Bay , excellent service, i have had both relaxing treatments and waxing services and both areas are very professional. All the staff are lovely and very welcoming.
