Matt Brennan has assisted us in obtaining two loans, for our first and second investment properties; the first while on a diplomatic visa and the second while on a 457 (skilled work) visa.
The first one was not easy to obtain, due to lots of additional requirements and restrictions for diplomats.

"I recently used Vivid Financial Services to obtain a mortgage for my third Investment Property in central Brisbane. Matt Brennan and Jennifer Rogers were the financial brokers assisting me. Both were very pleasant, professional and communicated well. Unfortunately the settlement of my property coincided within the introduction of stricter bank lending laws in early 2017, as such, despite having a very good salary, the banks which had previously pre-approved loans for me now withdrew their offers.
