Absolute worst store, staff are absolutely useless, don't even know Vodafone policy and are flat out rude. When you challenge them they look at you like androids and lie. Both occasions I have called Vodafone directly and had my case delt with in minutes. Sophie and Jason you both need to learn some respect for your customers and work with them not against them. I really hope management gets in touch with you and just want you to remember the customer is always right and I was right on BOTH occasions!
When I signed up for my 24 month plan with a Samsung 4 Galaxy, I was sold insurance and told that if I damaged the phone, the repairs would be free and that I would only have to pay if it was lost or stolen. Turns out that the excess for any damage is $125. Along with what I've paid for insurance up until now, it would cost me the same to have it repaired at any other shop and have it delivered to me THE SAME DAY. Vodafone will keep my phone anywhere between 2-6 WEEKS and they WILL NOT provide me with a loaned phone even though it is written EVERYWHERE that this service is always to be provided. Also, it took me an additional 30 minutes in the store to get some claim number which I did not need because the insurance company and the vodafone store are not aware of each other's procedures.
