I just wanted to say a very big thank you to WA Blinds for the brillant job you have done with the blinds you have just fitted for me. Ben was very prompt and professional with his free measure and quote, price was almost $1000 cheaper than another major blinds company, installation was quick and very well done and finally the product is amazing. Very happy camper indeed!!
Recently had a set of blinds installed at my mother’s house and these guys were excellent. Did everything promptly and efficiently and their pricing and range of colours was better than most.
Also looked at Kresta and Westral but the service and overall professionalism provided by WA Blinds was far superior in every way. Would recommend them highly.
Ordered a number of blinds for my house. Took 6 weeks for delivery! Made countess excuses about the couriers fault, but when checking courier tracking found the courier was requested almost 5 weeks after my order so not their fault. Blinds came and where they were cut in length they were all rough (not sanded) and actually could cut skin with the roughness. One of the blinds was 10mm longer than it was supposed to be (which is quite a big margin or error). Blinds are very stiff to use and don't close properly. Needless to say I won't be using them again.
This person has not left their details and we cant even confirm that they were a customer. We have received no complaints and certainly no delays to the extent they have suggested. We distribute over 100 blinds every week and have so far over the 3 years not had a single complaint. I suggest if this is an actual customer that they should contact us directly. I suspect that this is a bogus comment, possibly by another blind company trying to discredit us.
