My little dog holidays here whenever we head out of town. He is always well looked after, fed and walked (exercised). The staff really do love the animals and take a lot of care to ensure they are kept happy. Kennels can be inspected anytime and I always add the bonus of having him groomed before I pick him up. He loves it here as much as the staff love having him.
Our dog spent a week here and it was an average experience.
To leave your dog here simply rock up and agree to pay. You don't get to see the kennels, they never ask for any information about your dogs diet or health and they'll lose anything you leave behind. Payment is only by cash or direct debit.
On a positive note the staff seemed to be friendly and the dog was still wagging its tail and in good health and spirit (although with fleas) when we arrived home. I wish kennels were more like catteries, it seems like you go on holiday and you might as well leave your dog at the pound for a week.
