The customer service from the service department could be improved upon.

Apparently bluntly telling a customer they will be up for another $160.00 halfway through the service is acceptable these days by Wanneroo Mazda.

have had nothing but a shocking run with this dealer wish that we h]ad never ever bought a mazda cx9 dealership servicing staff are rude and extremley unhelpful do not buy from this company they donot even respond to emails nor do their head office

Purchased my car from Gordon at Wanneroo Mazda and had an amazing experience. He let me use the car over the weekend and get a feel for it, no pushyness or stress and very laid back. He keeps in touch with me and I have already referred a few friends. very happy!

Wanneroo Mazda are very good at what they do but make the experience of buying a new car eventually seem like you purchased a car from a fly-by-night used car salesman who disappears after you sign the contract.
