Warburton Licensed Post Office

I was told fo F Off today by the owner because I had a load of parcels to deliver and used the loading dock. The owner is cutting costs and there is a line of 5 to 10 people at any time waiting to use the postal services. I see a negative feedback here 3 years ago and nothing has changed. The manager out the back in the sorting centre is rude and unhelpful and gaurds the loading dock so no business can use it. Others are complaining not happy with the sevice. Mistakes with parcel cards are also an onoing issue as well as the postie not delivering letters correctly. Such a shame the owner does not support small business.

This post office is under new management now and it is very poor service they do not deliver their parcels and dont bother calling to talk about it they dont speak english .
