Always love a graziers steak house. Always got the best cuts of steaks. Pricing is good. Huge venue with lots of parking and their mushroom sauce is awesome

We felt that food prices were a bit expensive. Staff were friendly. Drinks were good, at least they got our order correct. This is a pretty big venue with a decent sized carpark.

Took our young daughter there for one of her first lunches out. It was slightly quiet as it was mid week and we were served quite quickly. My daughter started to create a bit of a stink as she was getting bored when our food came out (Mummy eas no longer amusing her) and as I was still trying to entertain her while slowly picking at my food. One of the lovely staff members noticed and brought her over a helium balloon to distract her as "Mums have to eat too." It was a lovely gesture and definitely more than was expected. I finished my meal happily watching her play with her first balloon. The food was fresh, tasty and well presented.

Went recently for the Sunday banquet roast night with friends that go regularly. The place was full which is always a good sign.
Presentation of Tavern appeared clean and tidy.
Kitchen appeared well organised and clean.
Tables were cleared quickly and efficiently.
The roast banquet was yummy and kept well stocked. All the vegies and roasts (pork and beef) were cooked beautifully! Desserts were on offer if you had room left. I didn't partake but others in our group did and said the desserts were lovely. ...read more

Not sure if it was just a bad day with cranky staff that don't like customers, we just didn't enjoy the day! Booked a table- 'close to the childrens area', got a table in the 'alfresco area' could not see the children through the tinted windows, was boiling hot (when it was actually cold outside and comfortable in the aircon area). Absolutley no customers inside after 3pm yet 5 min waits at the bar after walking around the bar looking for staff (balancing the tills a priority here - a higher management decision (I'm sure of!) that has total disregard for customer service) . Then Mr 'high all mighty' starts work at 5.30pm. We order dinner, 3 groups get the wrong orders - 2 live with it, the third allergic to prawns has to request it's corrected! What a drama that was - what person in their right mind alergic to prawns would order garlic prawns? We werr also get asked to give up a table as they have other bookings.
