One of my favourite places for lunch and dinner. They have great lunch specials and all at a reasonable price. We ordered the pinapple soju which actually comes in a pineapple. I also love their fried chicken which I find is not too salty and have a decent amount of meat. Staff was attentive and food come out at a reasonable time. Definitely be back.
Came here for lunch on a Friday and this place was packed. I ordered the beef bugolgi with rice. Good value for money as they gave a decent serving of meat and flavoursome. Meals came out quite quickly as well when you line up and place the order at the counter. However, negatives about this place is that the staff makes you feel rushed. As we walked in, we were told to hurry up and make a decision on whether we want to sit outside or inside. Next they got our order wrong and had to change it. The man at the counter was no apologetic and was adamant that we got it wrong. Overall, although there was some negatives, I would probably come back as I think the value for money and speed is great here for a quick lunch meal in the city.
I have been here for lunch on multiple occasions and have enjoyed it so much that Ive even invited a number of work colleague and all has been equally impressed. Its a small restaurant located at the back of Bourke Street Arcade, a little difficult to locate if youre not familiar with the area. On all visits Im greeted by a friendly waitress who would seat you with a piece of paper and pencil. The concept is to select the salad of your choice, followed by the preferred dish eg Beef, chicken, Tofu etc followed choice of noodles and preferred soup eg miso or soy. An all-time favorite is the BEEF BULGOGI stir fried thinly sliced beef in sweet soy sauce, Which has always been cooked to perfection. They also provide a loyalty card which I find very few restaurant provided apart from coffee shops. Highly recommend restaurant for a quick bite to eat.
