Took us a long time to line up the right conditions and our availability and there was some delay in communication... but it was a great experience when we finally got there! The guys did a great job of running it and making sure we had a top time. Thanks!

WARNING: I'm not sure if this company is legit, I am lodging a complaint to the ACCC.

What happened:
I have pre-paid 2 flights from them on 18th of April 2017, tried booking (Booking form, emailed, called) for a few days, no reply at all. Finally they replied on the 21st of April via text saying the weather is not suitable for the weekends and will get back to me by 2nd of May for a booking.

Since then I have sent a booking request after one week of waiting, no reply. Email on the week after, no reply. And finally this week, a booking form, email, call, voicemail, text, ABSOLUTELY NO REPLY.

DO NOT pre-pay anything from this company!! I am very upset and I would like a refund. Hopefully the ACCC can help me out with this.

Forwarded my email trail to you guys. Still no reply after 3 days. It took my first complaint on here & 24hrs for you to reply. Where is the service when I need it?

You guys owe me $90 for the video I paid for but wasn't filmed on my brothers turn. I emailed numerous times & they BS that it was on its way. Your staff/contractors failed to check with you office or us what we'd paid for. I tried to reason with you 12 months+ ago but a refund was never issued. Buyer beware! I was told the photos were complimentary as well. It wasn't until I returned another day that I pointed out that I paid for video. Staff at Bald Hill had no clue but hooked up the GoPro to film my turn after I reassured them that I'd paid.

Had a blast hang gliding at Hill 60! Great view and friendly crew; definitely an awesome experience!
