New to the area and have been to this surgery twice now, pre-booked appointments both times and both visits were an absolute nightmare, the waiting time is beyond ridiculous. Making patients wait between 1.5 and 1.45 hours before being seen is pathetic service. Sorry, my time is very precious and to wasteit in a doctors surgery more than once is inexcusable, I won't be going back.
Well does a persons health Matter.
After all the Governments Advertisements regarding Skin Cancer I telephoned this practice for an appointment Monday 03/06/2013 at 8.00am.
After much discussion with the service from the staff member I arrived at the practice early for my appointment only to be told that I did not have an appointment.
This is the same staff member that booked my non existent appointment.
If you do not want any Service/Cooperation/Courtesy this is the place for you.
This practice works great with my disabled son. The staff are friendly and the receptionists do as much for you as possible. I've learnt to always ring to make an appointment otherwise you end up waiting ages. Its a busy practice but they really do care about you and that to me counts far more than a quick service.
