We came for dinner and didn't stay at the resort. The food was very good overall but it's not a cheap eat by a long shot! The setting is quite elegant and I imagine it would be very cosy in winter. The desserts are delicious. Try to keep alcohol to a minimum to keep cost down.
I was very disappointed with this resort. It was very pricey but I would had a better stay at a motel. The parking for the self contained apartment was on the other side of the tennis courts and when you have numerous bags and a young child, it makes it exhausting. The indoor pool wasn't heated and the water was freezing so we were unable to even go swimming. Lastly my apartment had a ant problem and there solution was to send someone round with ant killer spray which didn't solve the ant issue and the smell from the spray was overpowering which resulted in having to stand outside in the freezing cold while the apartment aired out. Overall a very disappointing experience especially since I paid so much for a more "luxious" experience.
A bit pricey but if you like nice things then it's worth it. The self-contained apartments are wonderful- clean and modern. The views were amazing and at night we snuggled in warmth watching on demand in-house movies. The restaurants serve tasty food and there's a heated pool for those icy days in winter. I'd like to have made the kids vanish for the weekend I went up but seeing as though it's meant to be a family oriented resort, this might have been considered an unreasonable ask.
