The apartments are very spacious offering all the creature comforts of a home away from home and lovely views. Very friendly and helpful service, top location and everything you need for an affordable stay on the Coast.
Absolutely bad service! I do not recommend this place to anyone wishing for a pleasant vacation on the Gold Coast. The management was so rude to us, and any issues we had they did not resolve nor care to. Avoid this place, and find a place that is probably cheaper and nicer and you'll enjoy your holiday!!!
My entire experience of Surfers Paradise on a beautiful easter long weekend was all but destroyed by the management attitude and conduct. We were treated so poorly that i would recommend to any person i know to steer clear of the Waterways apartments. Everything was a problem for what seemed a completely normal situation. Even when it came time to pay for our accommodation they could not use their own machine. We were told it was against the law for more that 4 people to stay in a 2 bedroom apartment and were asked to leave when it clearly states that guests can use the sofa beds provided at the fee that we paid for. It sounds like you tried to cheat the system or cram in as many people as you can. If something was to happen and there was more people then the legal amount. It's them that get the penalty. Clearly states maximum people and vehicles. You're not being very fair. If I was in this position, I would ask you to leave and no refund would be granted. You can't have 6 passengers in a 5 seater car. Etc
