Do yourself a favour. Do not use these guys .Their price looks cheap but very poor quality of workmanship and customer service

I have never dealt with someone so unprofessional. Dean came to quote on a ducted system in our home in which we were having renovations done, we needed to retain a specific ceiling hight to have it certified through council. Dean promised that it was easly achievable however it seems Dean's goal are to sign you up and do things his way.
The whole installation was a complete disaster the building work and subsequent installation was nothing short of a nightmare.
The installation of the duct work has lasted 3 weeks and the ducting has now fallen off venting cold air under the house.
Dean will not honour his installation work and fix it so I'm left to pay someone else to fix up sub standard workmanship. It is a shame to see that the customer is not always right.
If your thinking of installing an air conditioner don't think of Wattle Grove Air

absolutely hopeless, they never worked to a plan and when we tried to get it done our way, they spat the dummy and left with holes still on the wall and wiring left unsafe.

Dean is definitely a man of his words. From start to finish I couldn't ask for better customer service from the entire team. Dean quoted me on a unit that suited my home and life style and it's the best investment I have ever purchased. Great to see that there are still people in the world we can trust.

He gave a very detailed quote & competitive price. The installation team was BRILLIANT! They arrived on time, efficiently completed their installation & tidied up, including taking the packaging rubbish with them. Amazing work. Completely satisfied with Dean & his company.
