In the 5 years you have managed our rental property we have found Wave Realty has been very professional and helpful. They have always found a solution to any issues that popped up while managing an older house needing maintenance and repairs.
The place has been tenanted almost 100% of the time with very minimal gaps if at all between new tenants.
When it came a time that we wished to sell your agency was again so professional and easy to deal with.
It was sold very quickly, and we got a better price than what we had hoped for-- again so impressed.

WARNING WARNING WARNING.. do not trust this company extremely unprofessional shady and disorganized would give no stars but cant. Was charged water with no proof of being water efficient. Never received any actual receipt or bill stating what i was paying for but asked to pay the amount apparently owing with zero proof from them. Was told things would be done before moving in but it never happened once in the place was told its my responsibility to get it done. If your a renter BEWARE.
Edward you needed to have the appropriate cleans done on exiting the home , no exceptions, it was left in a dirty manner and was not to an exit standard at all. Anya
