The wait time at Waverley Family Health Care is beyond ridiculous. After waiting for over an hour I asked how much longer to be told there were still 2 patients ahead if me.
I was there with my 6yo who was content to play with the blocks but waiting for so long he was starting to get vocal only to be told by another frustrated patient to be quiet!
No support offered by the reception.
Unless you have a good 1.5 hours I wouldn't be going there.
I have waited nearly 2 hours in the past.
I'd been looked for a Doctor since moving interstate 1 year ago. I found this practice and have found all Doctors to be just what I needed - supportive, able to listen and most importantly fix what needed to be fixed! I've since moved to the South suburbs, about 30min away, but I still go here anyway.
Amazing service by GP's who ACTUALLY care about one's wellbeing. If possible, i would give this clinic a billion star rating.
