Do not do business with this individual , he sold us a car which was a recorded interstate write off & could never be registered in NSW , he obtained a blue slip for the vehicle from some shonkster that he uses , sold us the car privately with this blue slip as a private sale , when we try to register the car we get told of the writeoff status . after 1 week of Wayne trying to stall off refunding our money he finally decided to after me having to tell him that i'd take the matter further if need be . this guy now operates as a private seller since having his dealers licences etc revoked earlier this year by Fair Trading , he is also a chronic liar who has what will seem a very good answer to any question you could ask him , so again i warn people DO NOT DEAL WITH WAYNE ELVEN !!
CAUTIONS: Wayne may waste your time, he may not deliver on promises, he may be slow to respond and/or not answer calls after sale has taken place, he may not complete appropriate forms such as warranty, beware of 'transport' inter-state as the vehicle may be driven instead.

I bought an X-patient transfer 318 Sprinter van in late April, initially things seemed fine, we struck a deal where I paid ticket price & he was going to supply a few parts that were missing from my van when he could source them & post them up to ACT. After quite a few friendly emails / call to & from we are not four months on. No parts, no service history, no returned phone calls.
Very disappointing lack of follow thru - typical used car salesman....
