Disappointed .first time buyer from Wayne Phillis Kia........usually my a Nissan buyer,
Spent 45k cash on brand new sorento......debacle trying to get simple details from dealership on model and rego number to insure prior.....had to physically walk into dealership to get rego number.......then customer service in general is lacking.......i might have well been buying a $1 item in cheap as chips. Then no car mats,........was never told.....there would be no car mats......never.....then the usual scripted excuses from everyone the it's not industry standard blah blah.......45k.cash.....and no car mats.....how cheap can you go Kia. I would return the car today if I could.
purchased two new front tyres and wheel alignment. When collecting car my back hub cap was missing. Had to wait half hour for them to find this. Was told they definitely put it on and I hadn't even driven car so not sure what they meant. Car steering now worse than before had tyres replaced. Also noticed wheel weight had fallen off in my driveway. Won't return or recommend.
They don't even deserve 1 star! Do not buy a car from them! They rip you off. The car is not worth what they sell it for. After buying 2 cars and wanting to trade them in they gave me a pitiful trade in price because the value is so low! What a joke!!!! They came up with issues that were not even picked up when I had it serviced not long ago. Liars!!! Considering I have only had them for less than 2 years!!! Buyers beware.
I have a couple of additional grievances to add. My car was delivered with two unroadworthy front tyres which I had been told would be replaced when originally inspecting the car.I have since had them replaced at a cost of $500. Also the car only came with one electronic key. The other one was in the safe they told me and would be mailed the next business day. Even after calling the dealership to enquire where the spare key was I still have had no call back to let me know if they intend giving me a second key. Now they send me a letter saying that they would appreciate it if I would give them a glowing review when Ford sends their customer satisfaction survey next week. Umm...NO. I will give them the score they deserve. A zero.
