Wendy's

This morning, my children and I were shopping at Epping Plaza. My son accidentally spilled his Boost juice and I had him run over to the Wendy's and ask for some napkins so he could clean himself up and the floor - to avoid anyone slipping over.
There was a mature woman there with blonde hair - unfortunately I did not get her name. She said a few words to my son and he came back looking upset.
When I asked him what happened, he said the woman was rude to him and said 'Nuh you can't have a napkin unless you buy something'.
I walked across with my children and asked her why she refused to give him napkins to clean himself up.
