So first I bring in my elderly cat who has a serious flu.
I’m told it’s contagious and given antibiotics. ZERO IMPROVEMENT. Plus none of my other cats got it so? Contagious?
Secondly I decided to give them another shot. So I take my two rats with extreme respiratory issues(only because I could take them to my usual exotic vet in penrith) I explained tho, my last vet gave me BOTH doxycycline and baytril and they got better for a YR!
He still decided to only give me the doxycycline. ZERO IMPROVEMENT. Surprise surprise. I go back and mind you have to suck up to not have another consult and just get the baytril BUT I’m still told not to use both meds together! SO you guessed it! ZERO IMPROVEMENT. Went worth falls vets are very caring towards your pets. Bruce has a way with the animals . And Andrew is very good too and always professional . When we lost our two elderly cats through cancer Michelle was with us and Bruce to help us with the grieving so professional. And Larissa and Georgia such sweet hearts like Michelle. Thankyou for looking after our pets

I was visiting the mountains on holiday with my family, including my dog. I needed to take my dog for a one off visit to this vet and they were terrific, both liaising with my regular vet and following up with a phone call afterwards. If I lived nearby this would be my local choice for my beloved boy.
As locals we have been taking our dogs here since they opened. We find both the Vets and staff very caring and knowledgeable. We find them to be reasonably priced and not money hungry at all. We have used many vets in the mountains over the years and we believe for our needs that this Veterinary Hospital is outstanding.
They seem to care about your pets but everytime I have been to them they also like your money more. I had a small male dog desexed and was robbed the most expensive place I have ever used, I have had females desexed for half of what they charged elsewhere. I will not be returning ever again I would recommend warratah street in Katoomba I think they care less about making a profit of pet owners n care as much.
I hope that isn't true as Katoomba vet clinic have changed business and not what they were.
