Friend recommended for my wrist injury with netball. Excellent recovery with good advice on throwing. Taught me to tape also which is a huge help.

Thank you for helping with my back pain. Was given a simple exercise programme and a lot of easy tips which helps my back after gardening. I never realised that changing a few simple things could make such a difference.

Very nice but has pretty strong opinions about life so much of your session will be very chatty. This isn't so much an issue if you like saving the world, but whilst gesticulates, not got hands on the bit of you meant to be helping. gesticulates a lot. Seems pretty low on equipment. Not entirely sure anything they done has been so far any good and am seeking new opinions.
