Werribee Mazda

I did service my car at Werribee Mazda recently and service was done very nicely though car didn't wash properly so i informed them and talked with service manager. He promptly listen my concerns and asked me to bring car back so they can wash it again. It was very impressive to see quick response from them and the car was clean as per my satisfaction and the job has done very nicely.
It's a great feeling to see quick and accurate response in timely manner for customer satisfaction which makes me to visit again for the regular servicing. Thank you for your support and will surely see you again! Thanks Werribee Mazda and the service Team!

We picked up our CX-9 today and were blown away. Like to thank Issy for a seamless experience. Can’t recommend any one else in the buisness. Get yourself a great deal and experience like I did.

Very disappointed, staff members are unsupportive once you sign the purchase contract. One of their’s account manager was too rude with us. Talked to the owner about it. Didn’t do anything. No discounted service period unlike of Toyota. Not too place to buy your car.

Bought my Cx3 today. Thank you Anthony for your wonderful and professional service. You were great to deal with. I will be highly recommending you to others.

Picking up my car tomorrow and was told yep will chuck the car mats In i called yesterday to get pay out figure and was told no not in the contract and the Guy who actually sold me the car no longer works here very disappointed was going to Service my new car here but maybe now I'll just go to the Mazda in Geelong
