West Coast Honda

Never seen a more busier Bike Shop and being only one in Joondalup area they even help me with all our different branded Dirt Bikes we use to take kids out on. West coast went the extra mile with repairing my VTRSP2 after it was dropped off its stand. Being a 2002 bike I thought it would be written off but the.parts dept sourced the Fairings, stickers, seat, pegs, levers,(all oem) from Japan and England and the workshop sorted the repairs and dealt with Insurance company. Great job Westcoast team. Thank you again.

Nothing but good vibes from everyone at Westcoast Honda. Justin in sales, Derrick in servicing and Helen in spare parts. Only gripe is many spares have to ordered in from over east. Well done folks.

Only dealt with parts so cant talk for the rest of the shop but you are always on hold for over 20 mins on the phone after being transferred multiple times, when you do go into the shop personally you're always waiting for over 30 mins for something simple while they're busy dusting oil or something stupid. The spares I have received have been wrong 60% of the time even though they charge ridiculous prices.

3 out of the 4 spares staff dont even ride or own bikes!

I wish I could say I've only used them once then stopped but they have been this way for years. You're better getting the parts from then net. Cheaper and quicker.

This shop must be stuck in the 1950's, they close at 1 pm on Saturdays. Closed all day Sunday. They also close over Christmas until new year so if your bike needs parts you must wait until they finish the of Holliday before you can order parts.
