This beautifully merchandised store take a page from franchise in the US, with beautiful, warm furniture and accessories. The styling is modern, with wooden and chrome touches. The sales assistants are very efficient and can help you with stock or to navigate the online store if they don't have an item on display.

This has to be my favourite furniture shop. They have an awesome bed, fabric based that is completely on trend and only about $1200 which is heaps cheaper than other stores selling a similar style. Their bedding has so many beautiful options and many of a thicker weave which I love. And beautiful silk cushion covers are very unique.

This is a nicely laid out store, feels a bit like you're in an American ranch house. I didn't buy furniture, just lovely pillow slips and a desk lamp, happy with the quality.

I decided to pay this West Elm Chatswood Chase a revisit this year after finding some of their items on the online store but could not find it at their Bondi Junction store the day before. I arrived quite early on Sunday morning, and there were already a few staffs on the floor. In less than a minutes coming into the store, I was already greeted and asked if I needed any help. I said no at the start because I just wanted to make sure if the items that I wanted was in store.

Then in a few minutes later I was asked again. This time I showed the staff what I wanted and he promptly assisted me with the products I wanted. They were at the store room so it took them a while to get the items to the store, but he continuously informed me about the status. The staff who was at the cash register was also very friendly and assistive. The whole staff in that morning were very courteous a lot more friendlier than their Bondi Junction counterparts.

Love love love this new discovery! There is some reasonably priced furniture and buying the Chrissy decorations on sale made them more affordable at 60% off. I bought some cute beaded letters for our families initials.
