Osteopathy is a form of manual therapy, which treats the whole body, including the musculoskeletal system (muscles, joints, fascia, ligaments), organs and central nervous system.

Osteopaths approach diagnosis and treatment holistically, employing a wide variety of manual techniques, such as deep massage, joint articulation and stretching, just to name a few. As everybody is different, certain techniques are tailored to suit the patients needs.
