I could not recommend Graham and his team at Western Suburbs Automatics highly enough.

Our automatic transmission went in our 4WD recently and Graham went above and beyond to help me and my family - even to the point of providing a loan car so I wouldn't have to pay large rental car fees!

The price was very competitive that he provided and the job and speed at which he fixed my car was amazing.

I recently had my transmission rebuilt at western suburbs automatics I am so happy with the service they towed my car once I decided to go ahead with the repairs, Graham loaned me a BMW to drive whilst my car was there. He contacted me several times during the 4 days he had my car with updates on the repairs. I'm so happy with the service that I will now be taking my car there for servicing and all other repairs. A WARNING TO BRISBANE MOTORISTS. (Transmission repair) First i called for a quote. I was quoted $3000. When i took the car in they said $4000. So 4 grand and a week later i get a call to pick my car up. Lucky i opened up the bonnet for a quick check.The oil from the engine is almost gone and the coolant has dissapeared completely. Just absolutely careless. After driving it for the first time immediately i could feel harsh shifts, extreme abnormal vibrations and hard gear selection (from park to drive). I took it in, they wanted another $300 to fix a different part. It didnt work. The transmission was still poor, ride quality was terrible. I took it in again and they said they will do whatever it takes to fix the problem. I got the car back, and what do you know, same problems again. I took the car in another 2 times after that spanning over the course of 6-8 months. For a major job of this expense you should expect 100% perfection. my husband and I have our car service and maintained by western suburbs automatics and we have found them to be helpful reliable and very understanding to any of our repair problems. we have highly recommend them to all our friends and family. Even my husband has recommend them to all his mates at work and his bosses.

I've been taking my car here for years. Graham is always friendly and helpful, and calls me as soon as my car is ready. The fact they can provide a loan car is a big help. Thanks to Graham and the guys (and girls) :)
