Put a deposit on a car via bank transfer , signed the contract. Canceled within the cooling off period and they wouldn't give my money back via bank transfer, very rude over the phone saying I have to come in to collect a cheque but I'm not local to the dealership. If I paid via bank transfer I should get a refund via bank transfer. Very rude manager as well swearing on the phone. Don't recommend.

my review has rejected due to some words, though I don't know which word. but people do not buy from them. they very convincing and very good at sales. they will convince you to buy the car. I bought a challenger 6 months ago and they said it's all serviced. but actually, it's not and I drove another 14k and engine seized. I went to another mechanic and they said due to lack of servicing there wasn't any lubricant in the engine. 3 mechanics confirmed the car wasn't serviced at least 30k km and running with diesel with low lubricant. now I need to change the engine which cost me $9k. for their small lie, I have lost everything. my business is not running for the car, I don't have $9k to fix the car. top of that I am paying a monthly installment for nothing. can't pay off the loan or cannot sell it to anyone. they just ruined my life. i am taking them to ACCC.

A classic 'shonky' and 'sleazy' car dealer. Bought a car from them, and promise after promise was broken, when the car experienced problems within the first couple of weeks. Don't take up their hard sell on the warranties they get commissions on either, as generally these warranties aren't worth the paper they are printed on.

I bought a car recently there. It was not a good experience at all. Before the payment, I was promised that the car would be detailed and cleaned and all those scratches would be removed. Eventually it was a lie and even worse, when I picked up the car, it was even dirtier than the day I purchased it. I knew I should have complaint it but as it was my first time to buy car, I didnt know how I should respond.
Another thing is that when I inspected the car, the mat for the boot was missing. but I was promised that I would get a new one within a week. Again another lie. I have to wait two weeks for the mat, and whenever I asked about why I have to wait so long, the salesman replied that he was ordering a new one from Honda Japan, but failed to give an order recipe. Until then, I kept requesting to have my order recipe and finally next day he informed me that I could pick up my mat. ...read more

Amazing service, had oz help me find the perfect car, took us awhile to go through cars, really understands the customers. Would highly recommend them :D
