From our first enquiry we found Ben at Westsun to be responsive and quick to get information to us. We are still waiting for a quote from another company and in the meantime we have had our solar system installed. It was all straightforward and easy. Installers did an excellent job and very neat running conduit to the inverter. We highly recommend this company, they are experienced and knowledgeable about the product.

New to understanding solar I researched thoroughly, grabbed a few quotes and advice from a handful of operators and it was clear that Westsun Solar had the right expertise, professional advice and friendly staff to answer all my questions and provide me with confidence moving forward. We made multiple changes and had various phone calls/emails and not once did I receive anything else but the highest standard of support and understanding. It made life simple and easy. I obtained 5 quotes from companies highly recommended on solarquotes all with very good reviews. Westsun Solar provided the best value for money. Ben, one of the Directors, came out to see me initially and provided me with an initial quote with various options. However, after doing extensive research on solar panels & inverters, I decided to go for some other panels and Ben was able to redo the quote with these. He was also able to get these panels whilst one other shortlisted company was not able to do so. After accepting the quote, Lisa got the approval from Synergy and Western Power and Leanne organised the install date which was 3 weeks after the first quote was provided. Eddy and Jessie (+his assistant) came to do the install of the 6.6KW system and it all went smoothly apart from a few minor issues (e.g. the installers didnt clean up properly after themselves).
