I have been dealing with WheelWorx for years, I cannot highly recommend both Matt & Joe enough for both aftersales service and price. Great people to deal with!

Worst business in Australia !! Ordered a new set of wheels and tyres being quoted no longer then a week to arrive . After 5 weeks they arrived but didnt have the tyres . Another 2 weeks and fineally got everything to then find they ordered the wrong size and didnt fit my vehicle . All up has been 9 weeks now and still cant fit them . Every time emailed . Texted or called theres a excuse . No customer service at all if it was up to me i would have them shut down !!!

Best range...have had to wait a few times but told that upfront as wheels coming in from overseas. Happy with that. GUess that is why they have the largest range though

Just like most of the other reviews say on here, these guys are not to be trusted. Without a doubt the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Delay after delay, lie after lie.... Not sure how they have lasted as long as they have. If you're thinking of buying some new wheels or tyres ***DO NOT*** purchase them from Wheelworx.

Paid for a product they said they had in stock...... two months later (after numerous emails, and phone calls) they finally told me "we never had these, or were planning to get them" Yet for those two months they kept promising me the item was sent, delay in shipment, lost in the mail etc..
