Lovely food, lovely atmosphere. Kudos to the barkeep SAM. He was awesome.
However, NO VEGETARIAN OPTIONS. What's with that? I asked at the desk what happened to the (only) vegetarian option that was on the menu last time I went (June 15th 2014) and the staff argued with me that they'd NEVER had a vegetarian option...Okay then...
I went to the Wheelers Hill hotel with the family last night. It is a great view and a lovely warm feeling from the open fire place. We have been before and it was nice. Previously we have had the steaks- all we awesome.
Last night however we tried something else, my husband has the flat head tails, i had a special- Veal Roma- the kids had the wrap, nachos and a parma. Now it all looked great. My Veal was however very fatty with thick grilse- i would not serve this bit of meat to my family - ever! ...read more
