DO NOT USE THIS CLEANER!!! The owner ruined my jacket and still wanted to charge me full price for the clean. He told me to go away and he would fix it, i went back three weeks later and nothing had been done to the jacket. Once again he refused to return my jacket until i had paid. I was not paying for the service after he ruined my $300 jacket! His English was very poor and we argued until we were both blue. I had to get my boyfriend to go in and get my jacket back as he still refused to return it. Terrible customer service to the extreme!! I didn't even want to give him 1 star.
I initilly used White Knight Drycleaner because they were the cheapest of the three local Drycleaners, beating Stan's and the more expensive Brown Gouge for price. You get what you pay for! They burnt one of my suit jackets, didn't clean the spot I paid them to clean on the second initially and tore the internal lining of my girlfriend's jacket from their poor handling. They did provide a second clean of the second jacket at no charge but will not accept fault for my suit jacket unless the it is just patching the burnt patch (on an expensive jacket it would make the issue worse). They will not accept fault either for tearing the internal lining of my girlfriend's coat. Buyer beware.
