Unfortunately these cleaners would not send a company professional to the property to investigate their contractors work. The standards of these cleaners are not professional and they are very expensive, they returned to the property twice after the original clean and still were not able to wipe down the cupboards..The property needs to be completely cleaned again and they have only returned 1 quarter of the cost which will not cover the items that need to be rectified. Overall would not recommend for end of lease cleans
Avoid this company. I booked a end of lease clean and was debited when I booked on the phone. I had 3 bedroom apartment in North Sydney and surprised when 1 cleaner turned up. Cleaner arrived around 10am, when I came back at 5:15pm to check if it had been done he was still cleaning and not close to finishing. I got a nice pdf report around 6:30pm to advise the place had been cleaned with some photos. Great end of story I thought......
Rental agent advised clean was not up to scratch. Called Whizz and the call centre was great. They booked cleaner to turn up and address the issues the next day. TLDR: Avoid! Whizz didn’t carry out additional paid services, lied, damaged property then refused to take responsibility and provided a poor level of customer service. Whizz’s guarantee to get your bond back is worthless, and the only thing Whizz seem to be capable of cleaning out is your bank account.
