Not at all a good experience.Shocking customer service .
In short I ordered a carport and was quoted 4 weeks turn around ,that turned into 9 weeks .Given this I requested a refund of my deposit and was then told that they would keep 25 % for a restocking fee.Not 25% of the deposit amount but the entire amount including the delivery fee!
BUYER BEWARE
I was trying to look up some French furniture pieces online. Judging by other places, they always had some information missing like the material or even drawer dimensions. It was great to see all information I was after right there at first glance. When I called, the staff gave me some useful ideas too to maximise my space as well
This was a budget greenhouse, or it was supposed to be. We visited a few places around town and saw some with our own eyes and felt the materials as well, let me tell you: The extra money you pay to the stores, COMPLETELY unnecessary. This one has it all plus a few ‘value added additions’ free of charge, like the automatic window opener. Thank you.
Tried to arrange the applications for building the shed I got. The council asked me a few times to hand in more documents and I didn’t really understand which specific ones they needed. One of the ladies helped me organise the paperwork needed and it was accepted by the council planner with no issues. It really pays to buy from a company with knowledgeable staff. Thank you
The auto vent openers that were included in the pack are very useful. We would be able manage temperature inside the greenhouse this winter and I am confident after a few trials, that everything inside will be thriving.I did see them before, but they have always been an optional extra so I thought it was just a gimmick.
