I was recently at the mind body spirit festival in Sydney where lots of stores were promoting their products, wick it wax it was one of them. I am writing this review to express my disappointment regarding the terrible customer service I received from one of the salespeople. I was completely ignored when holding 2 of their candles to purchase. The staff had eye contact with me and ignored me and trying to entice other people who were clearly not interested. Once they walked away staff rolled eyes and placed the candles in a bag. These candles were promoted 2 for $18. My husband gave the staff $20 and staff purposely did not give the change and turned away after the transaction was completed. It was disgusting to be served by such an unprofessional salesperson, particularly at an event where they are meant to show customers their quality of products and services.
