I recently purchased a Hyundai Tucson from Wild West Hyundai as my wife needed a new car. After searching for a diesel for some time one came up for sale at this garage. I wish I had never seen it.
Not only did the finance manager ad insurance of approx. $3400 to my loan without my knowledge until I received the letters in the mail ( this has been refunded, but I feel this was massively deceitful ) , but also we recently had the car serviced at a local dealership and were told that 3 safety recalls had not been done ...read more
Get my van serviced here, every time I take it there they try and charge me extras.... the place just try and get as much money as they can out of you!
I only take it there to keep it in warranty, took it there on Friday to get its scheduled service and they wanted to try and charge me an extra $260 on top on the $425 for the service.... and if that not enough, one of the staff stole loose change out of my vehicle... $3, not much I know but if the guy steal a few bucks out of each car he services or clean he's made a few quid!!
Told the guy on the front desk about it, and he told me "perhaps he vacuumed it up by mistake" weird as only the Gold coins were missing... the silver was still there!!!! Soon after the manager phone me to apologise and offered me a fuel voucher, perhaps he should have waived the service ...read more
I bought my Hyundai 4 years ago from this dealer and have been servicing with them the whole time. I have never had a good experience. Every single service I have ever had requires "more repairs at an extra cost". The final straw was when my Hyundai i20 costed $500 for a service and required an additional $850 worth of maintenance repairs after only 4 years. The car has also been falling apart (sunshades, mats, seats) and whenever I get them repaired I always wait double the period of time they say it will take, and with no courtesy updates. I have to keep asking for updates. I wouldn't buy a car from here or return for a service ever again! Steer clear!!!!!
