Honest and thorough guys. I bought a used car at a dealers, which showed some faults right after buying it. The dealer refused to do anything about it. So I brought it to Williams St Automotive to get a quote for the warranty. He did a lot of checks on the cruise control and the ACE. He even ordered some used parts, to figure out what's wrong. After 2 days the dealer called to my suprise and offered to fix everything. When fetching the car from the William St Guys I offered to pay the $110 dollars for the quote, but they refused and instead provided me with valuable tips what else needs to be fixed. You just won a loyal customer!

Run by a fantastic, knowledgeable, honest and professional person. He showed me all of the parts he had replaced. Massive integrity and professionalism. Always explaining what need to be done. Hands down the best vehicle workshop experience I have ever had. Very happy to find him.

I don't normally waste my time with these review sites, but when you get better than you expect from a product or service you just have to give them TOP WELL DONE JOB!

I drive Merc ML with a high performance engine, and I've always had it serviced in Merc dealerships with genuine parts, paid a fortune but never felt that the vehicle was running at its best. Recently I've noticed my car doesn't work as it used to be and I took it back to dealership. They couldn't find any problem returned my car back but it still had same issue unrectified. As I work nearby I took my care to check to William St Auto. They found the problem immediately and fixed it on the spot. The car is now running better than I can remember for far less money than I have been paying. What is not to like. Thanks WSA.

Worse experience ever. Not professional with 0 respect to customers. Very disappointed.
