Pathetic customer service, arrogant and unprofessional.
I had to call 4 times the same person in Melbourne to get a response for a long-term lease and the person clearly did not want to accomodate my request and the reasons for not doing it were nonsense.
I cannot believe there is no one locally who we can talk to directly instead of someone remotly managing this car park. How frustrating for the local people like me!
Disgraceful, gutless Wilson manages this popular car park. They have an excellent attendant there. But he is on Holiday. So it is unattended today and the ticket machine broke. Wilson Parking then held up a couple of hundred customers until they paid. They hired a Coverall Security (not Wilson Security!) Guard and left him to deal with hundreds of people who had to speak to an aggressive Wilson call centre employee, over the ticket machines intercom, so they could pay and leave. This was a half hour wait, causing angst and yes, distress.
THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL MANAGEMENT: Hiring a thug with no means to open the car park himself. I actually felt sorry for him. I would have backed anyone to smash that gate down with a bull bar. In hindsight the police should have been called. They effectivwly detained people. Good luck if like me you had a job to go to. Or a sick loved one. Disgraceful.
