Purchased vouchers for me and my GF. also checked the reviews on this site for Wing Spa but this place now called MODE and I was very concerned on what the hell have I purchased. And thought I won't live this down. But I am amazed we had a very good and enjoyable time here. We did the package for $79 and it was worth the price. My massage I had was the best I every had in a while so relaxing I think I was snoring as I fell asleep. The therapist was professional and new what she was doing. DON'T BOTHER. There were so many things wrong with this place its not funny. Unclean areas, maintenance on the place was terrible. I was given a facial by a staff who had smokers breathe AND smokers hands. Absolutely disgusting!!!!!!! Not to mention staff gave an extremely unpleasant facial which made my skin RED RAW due to their super heavy exfoliating. Staff also exfoliated my chest (in between my collar bones) and the amount of pressure staff applied has since caused me pain in that area!!! These people should not be letting unqualified (as it seemed this staff was) work in such a place. There was also no shampoo, conditioner OR body was in the shower dispensers so after my body scrub (in which felt like I was a piece of steak having salt and pepper vigorously rubbed in) I had nothing to rinse myself off with except water. They make you lie and cover yourself with dirty towels. Don't bother with place. Nothing good to say about it. My experience was a 0.2 out of 10.

Upon entering the change room, we noticed a few things. The hand towels to dry your hands were wet through and needed replacing. The sink area was left with a beautician bowl, and there were no towels. We went looking for towels in a cupboard and there was a cockroach in there - We understand that it was a busy day but we had to ask for towels, and there was dirty foot prints all on the floor. The mop and bucket was just in corner of the room, the bath mats on the floor in front of the showers were soaking wet and discolored, and there was chewing gum in the box filled with petals, and no rubbish bin for thong wrappers or that gum, obviously.

I was using a voucher to determine if this might become my 'go to' spa. I later read the reviews and nearly cancelled but what the heck, I had purchased my voucher and was even planning to add on services. I won't repeat what other reviewers have already said but heed their warnings. I was literally disgusted by the lack of cleanliness and I was still in the change 'area'. I was handed a very damp stained towel to wrap myself in and was left standing as the only place to sit and wait was the toilet seat. Those shower cubicles really are see through with no privacy for the people who were taking taking a shower while I was there. The smell was very unpleasant. During my extended wait I asked customers who had completed their treatments to describe their experiences as they were obviously unhappy to disgusted. Their responses sealed my decision and I walked straight out.

My experience at the salon was great at first, they were great and friendly, but as time went on my experience changed, they turned bitter, very two faced, they would poke fun at their clients, they were rude and insensitive. The spa was dirty, it seriously hadn't been cleaned in months and towels would be reused ALOT! If I could explain my experience with one word it would be nasty!, but that still wouldn't cut it. I completely agree with the last reviewer, and I personally wouldn't recommend this spa to anyone, so good luck.
