Fires people for no good reason after next to no training. The store is pretty and has a pleasant environment but it is very overpriced. Most of the staff are lovely and welcoming, but if you don't fit into the little category of what they want you to be, the managers will let you go.
Be very aware before parting with any money with Wohlers you are purchasing exactly what you want as you’ll never see your money again after you hand it over. It’s a company policy of Wohlers to never refund any monies paid, even if it’s just a deposit. I don’t know how they get away with this, as I believe this is contrary to Australian trading practices. Anyhow, I make this comment through personal experience. I went to Wohlers in Richmond having seen James Wohler advertising his company on television (yes that is really James Wohler doing the add, they are that careful with money they don’t even pay an actor to do their advertising) and to enquire about replacing my existing (old) individual leather chairs. A very polite and knowledgeable female sales person showed me a range of La z boy and IMG chairs and after quite a bit of deliberation I selected a pair of La z boy chairs to be supplied in dark blue leather, price $3,600.00 with a mandatory 25% ...read more
Wonderful service from start to finish when ordering the new dinning suite. Helpful and knowledge about all products allowing me to pick colours and fabric for seating. But most impressed with the delivery men. Calling before delivery friendly manner on arrival but put the table together no problems didn't just dump all on the floor then showed us how the extension worked. Such fantastic customer service would continue going back to both stores. Thank you. #reviewtowin
