Wollongong Radio Cabs

AWFUL! Would put zero starts if it allowed. Is this seriously a real business? Appallingly rude and incompetent staff. Ended up making other arrangements. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

The operator was so rude and condascending and I was only at the point of providing my address. For a start she answered with "hello" and seemed annoyed I asked if I had rung Wollongong radio cabs. Tried to move forward and provide my address at the rate most companies expect and confirm they have heard - but clearly not fast enough as she said " go on " " it does not take me 5 minutes to type a few words" That was it for me. No more.

The worst taxi service I have ever used. Once uber starts in Wollongong all of your drivers will be unemployed

Absolutely useless, twice I have prebooked a cab and the first time it shows up 40 min late, I had already taken my husband to work by that stage. The second time they didn't show up at all so I had to rush out at 3:30 in the morning again. The lady on the phone was rude and couldn't have cared less. I would give them 0 stars. unprofessional and unreliable.

I spoke to the rudest woman over the phone. This was the worst service I have ever had in my life. I don't know why someone would hire a woman like that.
