I found this company to be very unorganised and had a poor treatment of there own staff expecting them to work on unsafe scaffold and with unsafe working conditions. And when the staff complained they were not given money they had rightfully worked for. I would not recommend this company to anyone unless you want a worksafe accident to happen at your property.

This is our worse nightmare to engage with their service. They did an excellent work on the straight forward and simple painting tasks. However. please do not ever engage them to touch on your cedar doors, timber garage door, timber window, cedar and everything to do with wood. Because they just have no clue of how to handle them.

I only wish I could give W@W Painters an excellent review. Unfortunately, we didn't see any evidence of their promises once they started the paint work at our home. They came to quote. The painting work was to take 3-4 days to do most of the front part of our house and some spot work here and there in the other parts of the house. The work was mainly walls, skirting and ceiling, with some windows - all indoor work. A paint sample was taken by this particular staff but unfortunately once the painters started painting, the colour did not match the existing paint/walls/skirting etc. The most upsetting part was the reaction we received from them. Whilst we appreciate you can never get a 100% match, there is a huge difference between a warm off-white colour (existing paint) and a cool off-white colour (the new paint). We are delighted that we found W@W Painters through Google! From their obvious point of difference in the market, to their timely and professional responses and formal quoting, we had a good feeling about this company. Our admiration only increased when Dani carried out the job (downstairs ceiling and walls), conducting herself in a professional and friendly manner, always conscious of timekeeping and she obviously takes great pride in the quality of her work. We got Dani back earlier than we planned for the next stage as we were so thrilled with the transformation and couldn't wait to bring the remaining walls and ceilings - not to mention our french doors - up to the same standard. Skirting boards will be next - and no prizes for guessing who we'll be contacting when the time comes!

We simply requested 3 quotes from different sources and went with the middle quote. The job was for internal painting of a 2 storey townhouse walls, ceiling and agreed skirting as we had timber floors laid and these skirting were removed downstairs. The quote was the most professional of all three and clearly identified/specified the work to be completed, the paint to be used with the option of the customer deciding on other preferred choices. They documented their responsibilities and also expectations and requirements. They were friendly, accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. We needed a touch up on the stair skirting which was completed without hesitation. We would recommend and use this company in the future.
